The acceptance of the order by Madeira & Madeira, S.A. / Saurium, Lda may be express or implied, namely through its execution.
The applicable prices are those in force on the date of shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Madeira & Madeira, S.A. / Saurium, Lda reserves the right to revise prices in case of significant changes in supply costs, raw materials, logistics, customs duties or exchange rates.
Delivery deadlines are indicative and non-binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon delivery of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer, and Madeira & Madeira, S.A. / Saurium, Lda shall no longer be responsible for subsequent occurrences.
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery. Any visible damage or quantity discrepancies must be immediately recorded on the transport document, with a clear indication of the occurrence and, if possible, the carrier's signature.
If the carrier refuses to record the occurrence, the customer must refuse delivery or record the reservation in writing within 24 hours with the carrier and inform Madeira & Madeira, S.A. / Saurium, Lda.
The signature of the transport document or the absence of a substantiated complaint within 24 hours shall presume proper receipt of the goods regarding visible damage and delivery conformity.
For damages or non-conformities not detectable at the time of delivery, the complaint period set out in Clause 9 shall apply.
The payment conditions are as follows, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Ownership of the goods is only transferred after full payment of the respective price, including any interest and charges.
Under Decree-Law no. 84/2021:
Legal warranty: 2 + 1 years
Warranty: 6 months
Limited to the repair or replacement of defective components
The following are excluded:
Wear parts (e.g. filters, blades, belts, spark plugs, brushes, etc.) are excluded.

The decision on the scope and form of warranty intervention is the exclusive technical responsibility of Madeira & Madeira, S.A. / Saurium, Lda.
Madeira & Madeira shall not be liable for:
Claims regarding defects, non-conformities or discrepancies must be submitted within a maximum of 8 working days after receipt of the goods, in writing, through the official channels of Madeira & Madeira, S.A.
Returns of goods are not accepted without prior authorization from Madeira & Madeira, S.A.
Except in cases of error attributable to Madeira & Madeira or non-conformity of the supplied products, returns will not be accepted.
Situations of defect or non-conformity must be reported in accordance with the warranty clause.
Technical assistance services are provided at the company's premises or, where applicable, at the installation site of the equipment, with the method of intervention determined exclusively by Madeira & Madeira, S.A., based on technical and operational criteria.
On-site interventions may be subject to travel and service costs, which will be communicated in advance to the customer.
The preparation of repair quotations may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated in advance to the customer.
Repairs will only begin after express acceptance of the quotation by the customer.
If the quotation is not accepted, Madeira & Madeira, S.A / Saurium, Lda. reserves the right to charge costs associated with technical analysis, diagnosis and handling of the equipment.
Equipment must be collected by the customer within a maximum of 30 days after notification of non-acceptance of the quotation or completion of the repair.
After this period, Madeira & Madeira, S.A. may charge storage costs or consider the equipment abandoned, and may dispose of it as it sees fit.
Repaired equipment is tested before delivery and is considered delivered in conformity.
The repair warranty applies exclusively to the replaced parts and services performed, as detailed in the respective invoice, and does not cover other components or unrelated faults.
Faults resulting from external causes, improper use or abnormal operating conditions are excluded from the warranty.
